Additionally, we ensure your jewellery arrives securely packaged and in perfect condition—if any damage occurs during delivery, we will make it right.

Creating a personal keepsake is easy with our print kits. You can purchase a print kit on its own, or once you’ve ordered a piece of jewellery, you can request a free kit by entering your order number and details HERE. The kits are designed to help you capture clear, detailed prints to personalise your jewellery with ease. We’ve made the process straightforward so you can focus on creating something truly meaningful.

We understand how important it is for your keepsakes to arrive safely and on time. That’s why all our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, ensuring fast and secure delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

We aim to dispatch non-personalised items within 1–2 working days. Personalised pieces may take a little longer, and as a safe estimate we like to say up to 7 days due to the care and attention that goes into creating them, that said we will keep you updated every step of the way.
