Minni & Huggins specialises in creating custom laser-engraved gifts and items for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, the design, production, and sale of laser-engraved products.

The website, its content, and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade names, are owned by Mr. Willingham, the owner of Minni & Huggins.
​4. Custom Laser Engraving
a. Personal Items: Minni & Huggins typically does not engrave personal items belonging to customers. However, exceptions may be made under the discretion of Mr. Willingham.
b. Waiver for Personal Items: In cases where Minni & Huggins agrees to engrave personal items, a waiver may be required. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved and the permanent nature of the engraving process.
5. Ordering and Payment
a. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Minni & Huggins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
b. Payment: Payment for orders must be made in full before production begins. Minni & Huggins accepts various payment methods, as specified on the website.
6. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Fees: Shipping is provided via 2nd Class Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £2.99. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
b. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided on the website. However, Minni & Huggins is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
C. Please allow up to 5 days for the creation of your custom item, for products that exceed the quantity of 50 please get in touch directly via email (MinniandHuggins@outlook.com) for bulk orders. Should delays occur due to material availability we will be in touch and offer a refund or the option to wait.

7. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns: Minni & Huggins accepts returns for damaged or defective items. Customers must notify Minni & Huggins within 14 days of receiving the product.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for returned items that meet the specified criteria, these being that the item hasnt been used in any way or misused beyond their intended purpose. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
c. Custom Orders: Custom-made orders cannot be returned unless the items are defective. In the case of defects, please contact Minni & Huggins within 14 days of receiving the product.

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns for Custom-Made and Personalised Items
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your custom-made or personalised item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Distance and off-premises sales:
Consumers usually have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days (the “cooling-off period”) for goods bought online or off-premises.
Exception for personalised goods: The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Regulation 28(1)(b)).
Examples include engraved items, custom-sized clothing, or made-to-order furniture.

No obligation to accept returns for non-faulty personalised goods: If the item is bespoke or personalised and there is no fault, the business is not required to accept returns simply because the consumer has changed their mind.

Returns for Non-Custom-Made and Non-Personalised Items
For non-custom-made and non-personalized items, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us of your intention to cancel your order within the 14-day period and return the items to us in their original packaging and condition.

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and issue a full refund or replacement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the client cancels the order before the engraving process begins, a full refund will be provided.
If the client cancels the order after the engraving process has begun, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Minni & Huggins to the cost of materials used or purchased.
If Minni & Huggins is unable to complete the order for reasons beyond their control, a full refund shall be offered in the event of any deposit been previously taken.
