Embracing a Legacy of Love:
Your Journey to Enduring Comfort
The Origin
Monarch Remembrance started in the months after I lost my grandfather. I went looking for something to mark his life, something with weight to it, something that would last. What I found was clip art on plaques, thin engravings that would fade in a season, and products that felt like afterthoughts. So I made something myself. That first piece was for my family. Then a friend asked. Then another. What started at a kitchen table is now a dedicated workshop in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The Name
My son chose it, in a way. He was fascinated by Monarch butterflies, to him they were just beautiful. But the Monarch's journey has long symbolised the endurance of the soul, the idea that love outlasts the life it came from. It felt right.
The Craft
Every piece I make is laser-engraved into solid oak or natural slate, not printed, not surface-etched. Deep engraving, natural materials, built to last decades in a garden or on a mantelpiece. The names you trust me with deserve that.
A Straight Promise
I'm one person in a workshop, not a factory. I don't do upsells or rush jobs. If you need something to honour someone who mattered, I'll make it properly.
