This is what a Monarch Remembrance tea light holder does. It turns a moment you'd have anyway, a cup of tea, the end of the day, a Sunday morning, into something that belongs to both of you.
 
Your photograph is protected between a sheet of clear acrylic, framed by a hinged solid oak cap that opens and closes with a quiet, satisfying weight. Below it, your words engraved into the thick oak base.... you create the remembrance, you choose what you need them to say. The glass tea light holder sits in a precision-milled recess, and when the candle burns, the light reaches the photo in a way that makes the stillness feel less.
 
Every piece is handcrafted in our East Yorkshire workshop from 18mm solid oak, finished with beeswax and orange oil until the grain feels warm under your hand. Roman bezels along the edges. Five rubber feet so it sits steady wherever you put it — bedside table, mantelpiece, the spot on the kitchen windowsill where they always stood.
